It is impossible to give a definitive list of all the flavours of cakes I produce. Because I offer a bespoke design service I will bake any and every flavour of cake you can imagine depending on your individual tastes and needs.

Orange Sponge cake filled with vanilla or orange buttercream icing.
Luxury rich fruitcake well matured and fed with brandy / cherry brandy.
White chocolate and fresh raspberry mudcake topped with a white chocolate ganache or white chocolate buttercream icing and yet more fresh raspberries.
